We’re looking for an Executive Director, Micron Foundation & Social Impact with a passion for making a positive global difference. As the leader of the Micron Foundation and Social Impact, you will be responsible for leading Micron’s philanthropic efforts and driving social impact initiatives that create meaningful outcomes for communities in need. The ideal candidate will have an inspiring vision for the Foundation and Social Impact, as well as the leadership experience and skills to realize that vision.The successful Executive Director will have a successful track record of leading philanthropic and social impact initiatives and advancing the mission of an organization through innovative approaches. We are seeking an individual who can bring the right blend of strategy, operations, and relationship building to the Foundation. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and lead the overall strategy for the Micron Foundation & Social Impact initiatives.
2. Manage the Foundation’s operations, finances, and staff.
3. Lead and manage relationship building with stakeholders.
4. Develop and implement innovative approaches to advancing the mission of the Foundation.
5. Design and drive philanthropic and social impact initiatives that create meaningful outcomes for communities in need.
6. Monitor and evaluate progress of initiatives, develop metrics to measure success.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, donors, and stakeholders.
8. Represent the Foundation in external meetings and events.
9. Manage and oversee grant making process.
10. Provide leadership, direction, and oversight to the Foundation team.
