Executive Director, Micron Foundation & Social Impact

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Executive Director of Micron Foundation & Social Impact to join Micron Technology and lead our efforts to build a healthier, more equitable world. We are looking for a confident leader who is self-motivated and committed to creating positive and lasting change. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. They will have a proven track record of successful fundraising, program management, and donor relations. A successful candidate will have a deep understanding of global and local social issues, a strong network of partnerships, and experience with strategic planning, budgeting, and evaluation. They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a commitment to Micron’s core values. Responsibilities:

1. Lead Micron Foundation & Social Impact team with a focus on creating positive and lasting change
2. Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to create a healthier, more equitable world
3. Secure financial resources through successful fundraising and donor relations
4. Manage and evaluate programs to ensure successful execution
5. Develop and maintain partnerships with external organizations
6. Create and manage budgets and financial plans
7. Monitor and evaluate performance of programs
8. Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and partners
9. Remain informed of global and local social issues
10. Stay abreast of best practices in nonprofit sector and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
