Job Description

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, process, and product engineering, to develop and implement design rules for DRAM products.
  • Perform design rule checks and analysis to ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain design rule manuals and documentation, communicating updates and revisions to relevant teams.
  • Identify and troubleshoot design rule related issues, working closely with design and process engineers to find efficient solutions.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on design rule compliance and potential improvements.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and advancements in DRAM technology, and incorporate them into design rule development.
  • Conduct design rule training for new team members and provide ongoing support and guidance as needed.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize design rule processes and increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure alignment on design rules and specifications.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on DRAM design rules, providing insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Actively participate in project planning and execution, contributing to the success of DRAM product development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Dram Design Rule Development.
