
Dry Etch Process Development Engineer
Micron Technology is looking for a Dry Etch Process Development Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing processes that will help us deliver world-class technology products. We are looking for a person with a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and an aptitude for working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field. You should have at least three years of experience in semiconductor and/or microelectronics process development. A background in dry etch process and equipment is preferred, as well as experience working with gas delivery systems and plasma equipment. Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize dry etch processes that will help deliver world-class technology products.
- Use strong analytical skills and creative mindset to troubleshoot process issues.
- Work with gas delivery systems and plasma equipment to ensure optimal process performance.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of process development and data.
- Collaborate with colleagues to optimize existing processes and suggest new ones.
- Provide technical support, training, and guidance to team members.
- Stay up to date with advancements in dry etch process and equipment.
- Monitor process performance and make adjustments as necessary.
- Implement safety procedures and adhere to all safety regulations.
