- Design and develop effective DRAM verification strategies for complex memory designs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of verification processes
- Perform functional and performance testing on DRAM designs to ensure high-quality and reliable products
- Identify and troubleshoot any design issues, and work towards finding efficient solutions
- Create and maintain detailed verification plans and reports for each project
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in DRAM technology to continuously improve verification processes
- Utilize industry-standard tools and methodologies to perform verification tasks
- Communicate effectively with team members and provide regular updates on verification progress
- Analyze and interpret verification results to provide recommendations for design improvements
- Mentor and support junior engineers in the team, providing guidance and training when needed
Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Dram Design Verification.
Proficiency In Industry-Standard Verification Tools And Methodologies.
Strong Understanding Of Dram Architecture And Protocols, Such As Ddr4, Lpddr4, And Gddr5.
Working Knowledge Of Scripting Languages, Such As Perl Or Python, For Automation And Testbench Development.
