At Micron Technology, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales, Global Accounts to join our growing team. As the leader of our global sales efforts, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.   1. Develop and implement global sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
  2. Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for global sales.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  5. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and identify areas for growth.
  6. Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs to ensure the team meets or exceeds performance expectations.
  7. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  8. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, providing guidance, mentoring, and coaching to team members.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote the brand and network with potential customers.
  11. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  12. Stay up-to-date with market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify areas for growth.
