  • Develop and optimize chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) processes for Micron Technology.
  • Conduct research and experiments to improve existing CMP processes and develop new ones.
  • Analyze data and results from experiments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve process issues.
  • Create and maintain documentation for CMP processes, including standard operating procedures and process flow diagrams.
  • Monitor and control process parameters to ensure product quality and yield targets are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in CMP technology.
  • Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on CMP processes and equipment.
  • Work with equipment vendors to evaluate new equipment and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Continuously identify and implement cost-saving and efficiency-enhancing measures within the CMP process.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations in the development and execution of CMP processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Or Related Field.

  • 3+ Years Of Experience In Cmp Process Engineering, Preferably In The Semiconductor Industry.

  • Proficiency In Process Development, Optimization, And Troubleshooting For Cmp Processes.

  • Experience With Statistical Process Control Methods And Data Analysis Tools.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Projects.
