- Develop and optimize critical processes for DRAM products using expertise in Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, qualify, and implement new processes and improve existing ones
- Drive innovation and efficiency in manufacturing processes through your expertise in CMP
- Understand and apply principles and processes of CMP in order to support the development and optimization of DRAM products
- Conduct research and experiments to identify and solve process issues and improve overall performance
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards in the development and implementation of processes
- Analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations for process improvements
- Work closely with equipment and tool vendors to evaluate and implement new technologies and equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders to provide updates and progress on process development
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CMP to ensure Micron stays at the forefront of technology.
Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Process Development For Dram Technology.
Strong Understanding Of Semiconductor Process Integration, Including Lithography, Etch, Deposition, And Packaging.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Optimizing Process Recipes To Meet Yield, Performance, And Reliability Targets.
Experience With Statistical Process Control, Design Of Experiments (Doe), And Failure Mode And Effects Analysis (Fmea) Methodologies.
