  • Develop and optimize critical processes for DRAM products using expertise in Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, qualify, and implement new processes and improve existing ones
  • Drive innovation and efficiency in manufacturing processes through your expertise in CMP
  • Understand and apply principles and processes of CMP in order to support the development and optimization of DRAM products
  • Conduct research and experiments to identify and solve process issues and improve overall performance
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards in the development and implementation of processes
  • Analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations for process improvements
  • Work closely with equipment and tool vendors to evaluate and implement new technologies and equipment
  • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders to provide updates and progress on process development
  • Continuously stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CMP to ensure Micron stays at the forefront of technology.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Process Development For Dram Technology.

  • Strong Understanding Of Semiconductor Process Integration, Including Lithography, Etch, Deposition, And Packaging.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Optimizing Process Recipes To Meet Yield, Performance, And Reliability Targets.

  • Experience With Statistical Process Control, Design Of Experiments (Doe), And Failure Mode And Effects Analysis (Fmea) Methodologies.
