Assistant General Counsel

At Micron Technology, we are looking for an Assistant General Counsel to join our in-house legal team. This individual will be responsible for providing legal advice and assistance on a variety of legal matters related to the company’s operations.We are seeking an experienced Attorney with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in general corporate law and litigation. The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and intellectual property law. Responsibilities:

1. Research and analyze legal issues related to corporate law, contract law, and intellectual property law.
2. Draft, review and negotiate contracts, licenses, and other legal documents.
3. Provide advice and counsel on a variety of legal matters.
4. Represent the company in litigation and other legal proceedings.
5. Monitor legal developments and provide updates to the company’s management.
6. Manage outside counsel and other legal advisors.
7. Maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information.
8. Develop and implement corporate compliance policies.
9. Handle other legal matters as assigned.
