Operations Manager Pipeline
You will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of performance (Safety, Quality of Product and Service, Efficiency and Cost) of a production workshop through leading and engaging your team members. A training assignment of 12 to 36 months, is designed to prepare you to successfully assume the Operations Manager responsibilities. Demonstrate a leadership style that engages all team members to achieve the workshop and plant mission and that reflects the Michelin core values. Lead the attainment of the short term (daily) and medium-term performance goals of the workshop. Ensure that the skills and capacity of each team member is aligned with their position, and that they are empowered to drive their career and personal development.
8+ years of increasing management or supervisory responsibility in a heavy manufacturing environment
Adaptable and professional communication style with the ability to handle sensitive information.
