Job Description

Michael Kors is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a creative and self-motivated individual who is passionate about making a positive difference in the community. The CSR Manager will be responsible for developing, planning and executing our company’s sustainability strategies, leading CSR programs and initiatives, and managing our partnerships with key stakeholders in the CSR space.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Environmental Science, Business Administration, Public Policy, etc.)• 5+ years of experience in Corporate Social Responsibility, Environmental Sustainability, or equivalent• Proven track record of successful CSR program management, stakeholder engagement, and project development• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to CSR• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously• Ability to work within a fast-paced and dynamic environment• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
