
Finance Analyst
The Finance Analyst will be a key member of a core team responsible for financial reporting & analytics for the Retail & Merchandising function within the museum. The Analyst will manage P&L reporting for the various retail cost centers and will work closely with the department leaders in managing their expenses and driving results. Partner with finance team members to support the monthly close process, including variance to budget and accrual analysis. Establish key relationships with department managers and executive leaders to drive financial and business reporting aimed at influencing business decisions.
Minimum 2-4 years of corporate FP&A experience with exposure to financial reporting, modeling, and budgeting
Retail or multi-unit financial experience is a plus.
Must have the ability to analyze and interpret business and financial data and draw strategic conclusions.
