Performance and Capacity Engineer, Infrastructure

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain performance and capacity management solutions to meet organizational requirements.
2. Monitor and analyze application performance to identify potential bottlenecks, scalability issues, and other potential areas of improvement.
3. Develop scripts to automate performance and capacity-related tasks.
4. Create and update operational processes in collaboration with team members.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the performance and capacity engineering space.
6. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.
7. Document performance and capacity engineering processes and best practices.
8. Provide expertise and guidance to other team members as necessary.
9. Proactively identify and recommend performance and capacity improvement initiatives.
10. Ensure performance and capacity management solutions are in compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
