Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and debug hardware and software issues.
- Research and evaluate new hardware technologies for potential use in products.
- Work closely with other engineers and departments to ensure successful development of products.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for products.
- Provide technical support for customers.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest hardware technologies.
- Assess customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
