Data Engineer Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Data Engineer Manager to join our highly-skilled team at Meta Platforms. As Data Engineer Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading and managing our team of Data Engineers, as well as developing our data engineering process and operations. 5. Ensure that the data engineering team is consistently meeting their goals and deadlines
6. Mentor, coach, and develop Data Engineers in their respective roles
7. Troubleshoot data engineering issues and provide technical support as needed
8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in data engineering
9. Work with other teams to ensure data accuracy and reliability
10. Create data engineering project plans and ensure their successful execution
