They will need to have strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of the principles of data analysis and data visualization. Responsibilities: -Design and develop data solutions to support the organization's mission -Understand data models and structures and be able to work independently to develop data solutions -Maintain and update existing data solutions -Analyze data for trends and patterns -Develop data visualizations to convey insights to stakeholders -Develop and maintain automated data pipelines -Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve data-related issues -Write and maintain scripts and stored procedures -Test and debug data solutions -Monitor data quality and integrity -Write technical documentation for data solutions
