Responsibilities:
- Develop 3D assets, including modeling, animation, and texturing
- Work closely with the development team to ensure that the 3D assets are optimized for the game engine
- Create visually stunning 3D artwork that brings vision to life
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in 3D art creation
- Troubleshoot and solve creative problems
- Manage and mentor a small team of 3D artists
- Provide clear and concise communication on complex concepts
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and take initiative to find creative solutions to problems
