Business Systems Analyst (ERP)
The Business Process Analyst (ERP) will be responsible for ongoing operations and enhancements of key enterprise systems including ERP. This role expedites enterprise system requests and manages the change control and release management processes for these systems. Work with business colleagues to understand system requests, analyze technology options, and propose solutions. Work with vendor partners to fulfill requests for platform enhancements. Define and document key processes and requirements as well as operational support materials. Define and document support plans for transitioning new systems and capabilities into production.
4-5+ years' experience as a systems analyst or business analyst with a focus on enterprise systems and processes.
Solid technical background, experienced with systems upgrades, troubleshooting and implementations
