  7. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with risk management policies and procedures.
  8. Develop and deliver training programs to increase risk awareness and promote a culture of risk management within the organization.
  9. Communicate with clients and external stakeholders to address any risk-related concerns or inquiries.
  10. Maintain accurate and detailed records of risk assessments, incidents, and mitigation efforts.
  11. Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate their impact.
  12. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure risk management protocols are being followed.
  13. Prepare and present risk management reports to senior management and make recommendations for improvement.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve risk management processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Uphold the company's values and code of ethics in all interactions and decisions related to risk management.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Risk Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Markets, Investment Products, And Risk Management Principles.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Risks.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Compliance Standards Related To Risk Management In The Financial Industry.
