  1. Conduct thorough risk assessments and identify potential risks that may impact the business.
  2. Develop and implement risk management strategies and procedures.
  3. Monitor and analyze risk indicators and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
  4. Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with risk management policies and regulations.
  5. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to risk management.
  6. Communicate potential risks and their impact to stakeholders and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
  7. Conduct training and education sessions for employees on risk management principles and practices.
  8. Conduct audits and reviews to ensure adherence to risk management policies.
  9. Prepare reports and presentations on risk management activities and findings.
  10. Work closely with other risk management team members to assess and manage enterprise-wide risks.
  11. Conduct incident investigations and provide recommendations for prevention of future risks.
  12. Participate in the development and implementation of risk management tools and systems.
  13. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, regulators and industry associations to stay informed on risk management trends and best practices.
  14. Continuously review and improve risk management processes and procedures.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Risk Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Risk Assessment Methodologies And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Proficient In Data Analysis And Risk Modeling Techniques.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders And Senior Management.
