- Perform life-saving surgeries on patients who have experienced severe injuries or trauma.
- Provide comprehensive care to patients in our state-of-the-art trauma center.

Medical Degree: A Trauma Surgeon At Meritus Health Must Possess A Doctor Of Medicine (Md) Or Doctor Of Osteopathic Medicine (Do) Degree From An Accredited Medical School.
Board Certification: Candidates Must Be Board Certified In General Surgery And Have Completed A Fellowship In Trauma Surgery.
Experience: Meritus Health Requires A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Level I Or Level Ii Trauma Center, With A Proven Track Record Of Successful Trauma Surgeries.
Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate Will Have Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead A Multidisciplinary Team In A Fast-Paced And High-Stress Environment.
Communication And Teamwork: Effective Communication And Teamwork Skills Are Essential For A Trauma Surgeon At Meritus Health, As They Will Be Working Closely With Nurses, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals To Provide The Best Possible Care For Trauma Patients.
