Trauma Data Analyst

Meritus Health is recruiting for a highly motivated Trauma Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing trauma data related to Meritus Health's trauma program. You will also be expected to develop and maintain databases, provide data analysis reports, and collaborate with the trauma team to improve data quality. We are looking for someone who has a strong background in data analysis and statistical methods. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments is essential.The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field. At least two years of experience in data analysis and statistical methods is preferred. A Master's degree in a related field is a plus.

1. Analyze trauma data related to Meritus Health's trauma program
2. Develop and maintain databases to store and process data
3. Provide data analysis reports to the trauma team
4. Collaborate with the trauma team to improve data quality
5. Utilize statistical methods to analyze data
6. Maintain organized records and documentation of data analysis
7. Work independently and manage multiple assignments
8. Communicate and present data analysis results to the team
9. Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and address data analysis issues
10. Stay current with advances in data analysis technology and techniques
