1. Represent Meritus Health in legal matters and provide sound legal advice to the organization.
2. Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
4. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, external legal counsel, and other parties involved in legal proceedings.
5. Advise and assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks.

11. Represent Meritus Health in court or other legal proceedings when required.
