1. Provide high-quality care to newborns in the Special Care Nursery, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing specialized procedures.
2. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient.
3. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care and promote positive outcomes.
4. Utilize critical thinking skills to assess, plan, and intervene in emergent situations.

11. Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives and assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures related to the Special Care Nursery.
