Rehab Aide

The ideal candidate will be a compassionate, organized, and highly motivated individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.The Rehab Aide is responsible for providing assistance to therapists in the rehabilitation setting under the direction of the Physical Therapist and Occupational Therapist. The Rehab Aide is expected to be knowledgeable and competent in a variety of tasks in order to support the rehabilitation team in providing quality patient care.To be successful in this role, the Rehab Aide must have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of experience in a medical or rehabilitation setting, and strong computer skills. A current certification in First Aid, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and Bloodborne Pathogens (BBP) is preferred. The individual must also be able to work collaboratively with other members of the rehabilitation team.
