Valid Rn License: The Candidate Should Possess A Valid And Current Registered Nurse License In The State Of Maryland. This License Demonstrates That The Candidate Has Met The Necessary Educational And Professional Requirements To Practice As A Nurse.
Clinical Experience: Meritus Health Requires A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting For The Position Of Registered Nurse Clinical Navigator. This Experience Provides The Candidate With A Strong Understanding Of Patient Care, Treatment Plans, And Clinical Processes.
Specialized Certifications: In Addition To A Nursing Degree And License, Meritus Health May Also Look For Specialized Certifications Such As Certified Case Manager (Ccm) Or Certified Nurse Educator (Cne). These Certifications Demonstrate The Candidate's Expertise In Case Management And Education, Which Are Key Aspects Of The Clinical Navigator Role.
