At Meritus Health, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. As the Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. You will ensure that Meritus Health is staffed with the best candidates to meet our organizational needs.The ideal candidate for this role should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and 5+ years of experience in a recruiting capacity. Additionally, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and have a thorough understanding of HR best practices. Responsibilities:
- Source and review resumes for potential candidates
- Contact and interview potential candidates to assess qualifications and suitability
- Negotiate salaries and employment packages
- Maintain applicant tracking system and recruitment database
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job sites
- Coordinate onboarding of new hires, including orientation and paperwork completion
- Maintain knowledge of recruitment trends and best practices
- Develop and manage recruiting strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective staffing
- Stay up-to-date on Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws and regulations
- Provide assistance to managers with interview processes.
