Job Description

Meritus Health is looking for an experienced and passionate Patient Experience Liaison to join our team of healthcare professionals. Our ideal candidate is a people-oriented individual with excellent communication and customer service skills who is driven to provide a seamless and positive patient experience.The Patient Experience Liaison will be responsible for improving patient satisfaction, ensuring the healthcare team provides quality care and services, and increasing patient loyalty. This position requires strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in a healthcare setting, with knowledge of healthcare services, insurance, and billing procedures. Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee patient satisfaction and provide exceptional customer service to patients.
  2. Monitor patient feedback and take measures to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience.
  3. Collaborate with multiple departments to increase patient loyalty.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction.
  5. Monitor healthcare team performance and ensure quality care and services.
  6. Liaise with insurance companies and billing departments to ensure accurate and timely payments.
  7. Provide guidance to patients regarding healthcare services, insurance, and billing.
  8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
  9. Analyze trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend process changes.
  10. Create and maintain reports for management review.
