- Conduct thorough analysis of our current ERP system and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
- Design and configure Oracle ERP system to meet the specific needs of our organization.
- Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure the stability and accuracy of the ERP system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise with the ERP system.
- Train and support end-users on how to effectively utilize the ERP system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Oracle ERP technology.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address any potential issues.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate the ERP system with other systems and applications.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
- Provide regular reports and updates on the status of ERP system projects and initiatives to management.
- Continuously evaluate and improve ERP processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in the selection and implementation of new ERP modules as needed.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle ERP system and provide guidance and support to other team members.
- Contribute to the overall success of the organization by actively promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Technical Issues.
Bachelor’s Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working With Oracle Erp Systems, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Financial And Supply Chain Processes And Workflows Within An Erp System.
Experience With Oracle E-Business Suite, Specifically In Modules Such As General Ledger, Accounts Payable, And Purchasing.
