  1. Perform MRI scans on patients using specialized equipment and techniques.
  2. Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during the scanning process.
  3. Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.
  4. Accurately record and document patient information and scan results.
  5. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure proper scan protocols and image quality.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  7. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
  8. Educate patients about the scanning process and answer any questions or concerns.
  9. Keep up-to-date with current technology and techniques in the field of MRI.
  10. Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during scans.
  11. Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure HIPAA compliance.
  12. Participate in quality control and improvement initiatives.
  13. Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and management.
  14. Adhere to department policies and procedures.
  15. Provide exceptional patient care and customer service.
  16. Maintain accurate and organized records of scans and patient information.
  17. Assist in training and mentoring new MRI Technologists.
  18. Adhere to ethical and professional standards.
  19. Attend continuing education and training opportunities to maintain licensure and stay current in the field.
  20. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Radiologic Technology Or A Related Field.

  • Certification From The American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (Arrt) In Mri.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As An Mri Technologist.

  • Knowledge Of Mri Safety Protocols And Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills For Working With Patients And Healthcare Team Members.
