Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join the team at Meritus Health as our Mobile Health Clinic Coordinator. This position requires an individual who is dedicated to providing quality healthcare services to our underserved communities and who is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of our patients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a commitment to providing compassionate care. A Bachelor’s degree in health-related fields or a Master’s degree in public health is required. Previous experience in a health clinic setting is preferred.The Mobile Health Clinic Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that our Mobile Health Clinic runs smoothly and efficiently. This person will coordinate and manage all aspects of clinic operations, staff, and patient care, and will provide oversight and guidance to ensure that our Mobile Health Clinic is always providing the highest quality of care. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working in healthcare and have a desire to make a difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the Mobile Health Clinic.
  2. Coordinate and schedule staff and patient appointments.
  3. Ensure that the Mobile Health Clinic is operating within all applicable laws and regulations.
  4. Develop and manage program budgets.
  5. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
  6. Maintain accurate records and reports of clinic activities, including patient care, staff, and finances.
  7. Identify and implement strategies for improving clinic operations and patient care.
  8. Collaborate with external organizations and stakeholders to increase the reach and impact of the Mobile Health Clinic.
  9. Provide orientation and training to staff and volunteers.
  10. Participate in community outreach and education initiatives.
