1. Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently.
2. Follow established protocols and procedures for collecting, handling, and storing specimens.
3. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
4. Ensure quality control and accuracy of test results by adhering to standard operating procedures.
5. Identify and troubleshoot any technical or quality issues that may arise during testing.
6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all test results and laboratory activities.
7. Collaborate with healthcare providers to interpret and communicate test results.
