Manager Physician Practices

Meritus Health is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Manager of Physician Practices to join our expanding healthcare organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support to our physician practices, while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve operations and customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field, and have at least five years of experience in a healthcare management role. Additionally, the successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of healthcare administration, medical office operations, and financial and operational management. The candidate must also possess strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily operations of all physician practices within Meritus Health
2. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operations and customer service
4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of all personnel in the physician practices
5. Manage financial and operational activities to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
6. Liaise with other departments within the organization to ensure a smooth running of operations
7. Provide guidance and assistance to personnel to ensure they are meeting all organizational goals
8. Evaluate and provide feedback on customer service
9. Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction
10. Maintain and expand relationships with external stakeholders, such as vendors and insurers
