Job Description

Meritus Health is looking for an experienced Lead Phlebotomist to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. The Lead Phlebotomist is responsible for providing exceptional patient care in performing venipunctures and other laboratory procedures in a timely and professional manner, while ensuring the highest quality of service. This individual must have excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals.To be successful in this role, the Lead Phlebotomist must have a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting and be certified as a Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT). This individual must also be able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
