Job Description

  1. Conduct financial audits to ensure compliance with GAAP and other relevant regulations.
  2. Analyze financial data and identify areas for improvement, cost reduction, or other efficiency measures.
  3. Provide recommendations for process improvements based on audit findings.
  4. Collaborate with various departments to gather information and support the audit process.
  5. Monitor and evaluate internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial data and safeguard assets.
  6. Prepare detailed reports of audit findings and present them to management.
  7. Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry best practices.
  8. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to strengthen internal controls.
  9. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential areas of risk for the organization.
  10. Communicate with external auditors and provide necessary information and support during external audits.
  11. Provide training and guidance to employees on financial and internal control processes.
  12. Maintain accurate and organized records of audit findings and recommendations.
  13. Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
  14. Adhere to ethical and professional standards while conducting audits and handling confidential information.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the internal audit process.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Internal Auditing Or Public Accounting.

  • Certified Internal Auditor (Cia) Or Certified Public Accountant (Cpa) Designation.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (Gaap) And Auditing Standards.

  • Excellent Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills With The Ability To Identify And Assess Potential Risks And Control Weaknesses.
