
HR Generalist/Business Partner

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing HR expertise and insights to drive business decisions and improve organizational effectiveness.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with all state and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective workforce planning strategies.
- Develop and conduct training programs for employees and managers to enhance their skills and knowledge in areas such as performance management, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries and issues.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure confidentiality and security of all HR information.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR and apply them to continuously improve HR processes and initiatives.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with the organization's values and promotes employee engagement and retention.
- Handle employee complaints and grievances in a timely and effective manner, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational projects and initiatives that require HR expertise.
- Continuously assess and improve HR processes and procedures to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hr Generalist Or Business Partner Role
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations, Including Fmla, Ada, And Eeoc
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Employees And Management
Proficient In Hris Systems And Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting
