  1. Provide high-quality and compassionate care to patients in the Emergency Department.
  2. Assist medical staff in performing various procedures and treatments for patients.
  3. Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to medical staff.
  4. Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies for use in the Emergency Department.
  5. Respond quickly and efficiently to emergency situations and provide necessary support to medical staff.
  6. Maintain a clean and safe environment in the Emergency Department.
  7. Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing them with necessary information and reassurance.
  8. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and efficient care for patients.
  9. Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
  10. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
  11. Continuously assess and improve upon own skills and knowledge to provide the best possible care to patients.
  12. Participate in the training and orientation of new staff members.
  13. Handle difficult and stressful situations with professionalism and compassion.
  14. Maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards patients, their families, and fellow staff members.
  15. Promote a culture of excellence and teamwork in the Emergency Department.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education

  • Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification

  • Current Certification As A Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna)

  • Minimum Of 1 Year Experience In A Hospital Or Urgent Care Setting

  • Ability To Multitask And Work In A Fast-Paced, High-Stress Environment.
