
Communications Clerk

As a Communications Clerk, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate information to patients, their families, and other visitors.In order to be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of related experience in an office environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and a working knowledge of customer service principles is also required. Responsibilites:
- Provide timely and accurate information to patients, their families, and other visitors.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
- Respond to inquiries from patients, their families, and other visitors.
- Process and distribute incoming mail and other materials.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and making follow-up calls.
- Maintain filing systems and other records.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry and filing.
- Maintain a professional and organized work environment.
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
