- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including healthcare professionals, IT staff, and management, to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns.
- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for clinical systems to ensure proper usage and understanding by end-users.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely and effective implementation of new systems and updates.
- Perform regular audits and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
- Train and educate end-users on new and existing clinical systems to ensure maximum utilization and efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between clinical teams and IT departments to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues.
- Use data analysis tools to track and report on key performance indicators to measure the impact of clinical systems on patient care and operational efficiency.
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements when implementing and maintaining clinical systems.
- Participate in project planning and management to ensure timely completion of tasks and successful implementation of clinical systems.
- Act as a subject matter expert on clinical systems and provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Health Informatics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Healthcare Information Technology, Preferably In A Hospital Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Clinical Systems, Including Ehrs, Clinical Decision Support Systems, And Other Related Software.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Technical Issues.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Clinical Staff, It Teams, And External Vendors.
