  1. Observe and learn from experienced medical professionals in a fast-paced clinical setting.
  2. Assist in patient care and procedures under the supervision of medical staff.
  3. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of observations and procedures.
  4. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  5. Assist with the transportation of patients and equipment as needed.
  6. Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to medical staff.
  7. Attend training and educational sessions to expand knowledge and skills.
  8. Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
  9. Collaborate with medical team members to provide quality patient care.
  10. Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing the organization.
  11. Follow all hospital policies and procedures.
  12. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes and procedures.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development.
  14. Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and visitors.
  15. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in all tasks and responsibilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Or Biology.

  • Previous Experience In A Clinical Setting, With A Preference For Night Shift Experience.

  • Strong Observational Skills And Attention To Detail.

  • Familiarity With Medical Terminology And Procedures.

  • Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team, With Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
