- Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor while interacting with patients, staff, and visitors.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including safety protocols and patient confidentiality.
- Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of patient care.

Education: A Clinical Observer At Meritus Health Should Possess A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Or Public Health. Graduate-Level Education In A Relevant Field Is Preferred.
Clinical Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Clinical Setting, Particularly In The Evening Shift. This Could Include Experience As A Medical Assistant, Nurse, Or Other Healthcare Professional.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Policies And Procedures: A Clinical Observer Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Policies And Procedures, Including Hipaa Regulations And Patient Confidentiality. They Should Also Be Familiar With Medical Terminology And Procedures.
Observation And Critical Thinking Skills: As A Clinical Observer, The Ability To Accurately Observe And Document Patient Interactions And Clinical Procedures Is Crucial. Candidates Should Also Possess Strong Critical Thinking Skills To Analyze And Interpret Their Observations.
Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Excellent Communication Skills Are Essential For A Clinical Observer, As They Will Be Interacting With Patients, Healthcare Professionals, And Other Staff Members.
