1. Develop and deliver educational programming to staff on evidence-based practices in mental health and addiction treatment.
2. Stay up-to-date on the latest research and developments in mental health and addiction treatment to ensure that training materials are current and relevant.
3. Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to identify areas for improvement in staff knowledge and skills.
4. Assess staff training needs and customize educational programs accordingly.
