- Develop and implement strategic IT plans and initiatives that align with the goals and objectives of the organization.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of all IT systems, applications, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Lead the adoption of new technologies and systems to enhance the delivery of healthcare services and improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT needs and issues throughout the organization.
- Manage the IT budget and resources effectively to ensure cost-efficient operations and investments.

- Serve as a liaison between IT and other departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement policies and procedures related to IT operations.
- Drive the integration of IT systems and processes with other departments to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Healthcare Organization.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare It Systems, Including Electronic Medical Records, Clinical Decision Support, And Health Information Exchange.
Experience With Project Management And Implementing New Technologies In A Healthcare Setting.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Departments And Stakeholders To Achieve Strategic Goals.
