  1. Develop and implement strategic IT plans and initiatives that align with the goals and objectives of the organization.
  2. Oversee the management and maintenance of all IT systems, applications, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  3. Lead the adoption of new technologies and systems to enhance the delivery of healthcare services and improve patient outcomes.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT needs and issues throughout the organization.
  5. Manage the IT budget and resources effectively to ensure cost-efficient operations and investments.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in healthcare IT to continuously improve and innovate within the organization.

  13. Contribute to the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Healthcare Organization.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare It Systems, Including Electronic Medical Records, Clinical Decision Support, And Health Information Exchange.

  • Experience With Project Management And Implementing New Technologies In A Healthcare Setting.
