
Workforce Management Coordinator

- Monitor and analyze staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage for all departments and shifts.
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly staffing schedules.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand and anticipate staffing needs.
- Communicate with HR and recruitment teams to ensure timely onboarding of new employees.
- Utilize workforce management software to track employee attendance, time off requests, and shift changes.
- Identify and address any staffing gaps or issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular audits and reports to ensure accuracy of staffing data.
- Train and support department managers on workforce management processes and software.
- Work with finance team to maintain budget and control labor costs.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain confidential employee records and handle sensitive employee information.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and patients.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Workforce Management Or Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Labor Laws And Regulations, Including Fmla, Ada, And Eeoc.
Proficient In Workforce Management Software And Scheduling Tools.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Coordinate With Multiple Departments And Stakeholders.
