  1. Develop and implement strategies to promote and uphold the mission, vision, and values of MercyOne throughout the organization.
  2. Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure that the organization's mission and values are integrated into all decision-making processes.
  3. Serve as a role model and advocate for the organization's Catholic heritage and values.
  4. Develop and lead initiatives to promote a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and respect within the organization.
  5. Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of existing mission and culture programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Facilitate training and educational opportunities for staff to enhance their understanding of the organization's mission and values.
  7. Foster strong relationships with community and faith-based organizations to promote the organization's mission and values.
  8. Work closely with human resources to ensure that the organization's hiring, training, and performance evaluation processes align with its mission and values.
  9. Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures that support the organization's mission and values.
  10. Participate in executive leadership meetings and provide insights and recommendations on matters related to mission and culture.
  11. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure that the organization's mission and values are effectively communicated to internal and external stakeholders.
  12. Monitor and address any potential ethical or cultural issues that may arise within the organization.
  13. Stay informed about current trends and best practices in mission and culture development in the healthcare industry.
  14. Represent the organization at conferences, meetings, and other events related to mission and culture.
  15. Lead and manage a team of professionals responsible for promoting and upholding the organization's mission and values.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Theology, Pastoral Studies, Or Higher Education Administration.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Mission Integration, Campus Ministry, Or Related Fields.

  • Strong Understanding And Commitment To The Catholic Identity And Values Of Mercyone.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Diverse Groups Of Stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Experience, Including Strategic Planning, Budget Management, And Team Development.
