
Talent Acquisition Partner
At MercyOne, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who will play an integral role in helping us recruit, engage, and retain top talent to ensure our organization's success. The ideal candidate for this role will have the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, as well as the necessary skills to identify and source great talent. If you’re a natural relationship builder and have an innate ability to recognize top talent, then this is the perfect role for you!Required qualifications to be successful in this role include: a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; at least 5 years of experience in the recruitment industry; and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies for recruiting, engaging, and retaining top talent.
- Establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Source and identify candidates that are a great fit for the organization.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in order to stay up-to-date on recruitment techniques.
- Utilize a variety of recruitment methods such as job postings, referrals, and social media campaigns.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone and in-person interviews.
- Provide valuable feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Participate in onboarding and retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to recruitment activities.
