
Speech Language Pathologist
MercyOne is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team of dedicated professionals. In this role, you will provide quality care to patients of all ages and their families, while delivering quality clinical services. You will serve as a patient advocate and help create a positive environment for patients and families.To be successful in this role, you must be a licensed Speech Language Pathologist with at least one year of clinical experience. You must also be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to work in a team environment. In addition, you must be able to maintain high levels of patient satisfaction and be willing to go the extra mile to meet the needs of our patients. Responsibilities:
- Provide quality care to patients of all ages, while delivering quality clinical services.
- Serve as a patient advocate and help create a positive environment for patients and families.
- Maintain current license as a Speech Language Pathologist with at least one year of clinical experience.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to work in a team environment.
- Maintain high levels of patient satisfaction and go the extra mile to meet the needs of our patients.
- Participate in continuing education activities to maintain professional competence.
- Follow established safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes in patient records.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each patient.
- Prepare reports and present to multidisciplinary team members.
