Responsibilities:

5. Educate patients and their families about neurological disorders and treatment options.
6. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
7. Remain current on advances in neurosurgery and participate in continuing medical education activities.
8. Participate in research initiatives to develop new treatments and procedures.
9. Maintain patient records and documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
10. Provide compassionate and patient-centered care.
