- Analyze and assess current processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Monitor and track revenue performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to revenue site operations teams to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency in revenue cycle processes.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate staff on revenue cycle best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including leadership, to provide updates on revenue cycle performance and initiatives.
- Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive positive financial outcomes for the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, Preferably In A Leadership Or Management Role.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
Proficiency In Revenue Cycle Management Software And Systems.
