As a part of our Nursing Education department, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing educational programs for our nursing staff, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to provide exceptional patient care. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, along with experience in nursing education and a current nursing license.   1. Develop and implement nursing education programs to meet the needs of our nursing staff.
  2. Collaborate with nursing leaders and educators to identify learning objectives and create appropriate instructional materials.
  3. Facilitate educational sessions and workshops for nursing staff to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  4. Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs through methods such as surveys and feedback to continuously improve and update curriculum.
  5. Serve as a resource and mentor for nursing staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  6. Stay current with advancements and changes in the nursing field to ensure educational programs reflect best practices and current standards.
  7. Maintain accurate records of educational activities and provide reports to leadership as needed.
  8. Collaborate with inter-professional teams to integrate evidence-based practices into nursing education.
  9. Assist in the orientation and onboarding of new nursing staff, providing them with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in their roles.
  10. Act as a liaison between the Nursing Education department and other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of educational initiatives.
  11. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance personal knowledge and skills in nursing education.
  12. Adhere to all regulatory and accreditation standards related to nursing education.
  13. Support a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and cultural competence in all aspects of nursing education.
  14. Maintain a current nursing license and fulfill any continuing education requirements.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate nursing education programs to meet the changing needs of our nursing staff.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Nursing Education: A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Nursing Education Or A Related Field Is Required For This Position. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Solid Foundation In Nursing Knowledge And Education Principles.

  • Teaching Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience Teaching In A Nursing Program Or Educational Setting. This Includes Developing Curriculum, Delivering Lectures, And Evaluating Student Performance.

  • Clinical Experience: To Effectively Educate And Train Nursing Staff, The Candidate Should Have A Strong Clinical Background. This Includes A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working As A Registered Nurse In A Clinical Setting.

  • Education And Training Background: The Nursing Education Specialist Should Have Experience Developing And Implementing Educational Programs And Training For Nursing Staff. This Includes Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles, Curriculum Development, And Instructional Design.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Leader In Nursing Education, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Nursing Staff, Students, And Other Healthcare Professionals. This Includes The Ability To Communicate Complex Information In A Clear And Concise Manner, As Well As The Ability To Build Relationships And Work Collaboratively With Others.
